About

Tucson Outstanding Products was founded in 1972 by Jerry Grenier, a long-time cultured marble professional. He sold the
business in 1978 to John Zitkus. John, and subsequently John's son Joe Zitkus, successfully continued to establish Tucson
Outstanding Products as a leader in the cultured marble and cultured granite industry. Joe Zitkus sold the company to Todd
Grenier in 2009. Todd Grenier has spent a lifetime learning the cultured marble industry in addition to managing another cultured
marble business for several years. Our corporate name is Modern Day Products LLC with the dba name of Tucson Outstanding
Products. Our contractors license is # 257246.

Our management team consists of:

T.O.P. has always emphasized quality of product and reliability of service. Our goal is to satisfy our customers whether they are
remodeling their own home or they are a home builder providing a quality finished product for their customers. Our management
thinking is long-term and our intention is to continue to be a permanent part of the home building and remodeling industry in
Tucson.
